Purpose: Make the gospel tangible through hospitality, order, and basic safety.
What we do:

• Warm welcome; seating flow; newcomer care (connect/consent cards).
• Support during offering, communion, altar/prayer moments.
• Basic risk checks (clear aisles, spill response, evacuation awareness).

Get involved: 30-minute induction before serving + shadowing a team lead.
Standards: Courtesy, attentiveness, safeguarding awareness near children’s areas, incident note if required.
